Disassembling
1. Disassemble 6 pcs. Countersunk headscrews 6 M5 - Pos.1 using Allen key.
2. Disassemble Lock Ring for Excluder Art. no. 310311 - Pos.2.
3. Disassemble 6 pcs. Countersunk headscrews M5 - Pos.3 using Allen key.
4. Assemble Seal Puller art. no. 31090 – Pos.4. Screw M8 Stay Bolt – Pos.5 into the M8 holes on the Inner Ring - Pos.6
5. Tighten Nuts equally – Pos.7 Until the sealing comes loose.
6. Disassemble 2 pcs. Excluder Rings art. no. 26299 – Pos.8.
7. Disassemble 6 pcs. Socket headcap screws M5 - Pos.9 using Allen key.
8. Disassemble Housing art. no. 46118 – Pos.10
9. Disassemble Turcon Roto Variseal art. no. 26289 14 (Black) – Pos.11
10. Disassemble Turcon Roto Variseal art. no. 26298 (White) – Pos.12

Assembling
1. Assembling is done in the opposite order than the disassembling!
Please be aware to lubricate all parts before assembling.
It is important that the cavity between the 2 pcs. Excluder Rings - Pos.8 and the 2 pcs. Turcon Roto Variseal - Pos.11 and 12 is filled with Grease (KlüberSynth UH1 14-151 or compatible) before mounting on the Carrier Shaft on the Gearbox. Please be aware that the Seals are very tight and therefore be careful when mounting on Carrier Shaft – Pos.15.
Important! Please make sure that the M8 lubrication holes on – Pos.13 Inner Ring art. no. 310310 and – Pos.14 Outer Ring art. no. 302789 are aligned.
